Master-Cart,
I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with our recently purchased Master-Cart. Being a Pepsi Franchise Bottler, our company is constantly delivering and moving large coolers. These pieces of equipment are quite heavy, and can be very difficult to maneuver into and out of stores, offices and other locations. Our new Master-Cart, however, has made a huge difference in the ease and speed of our equipment deliveries and removals.
The Master-Cart allows us to move large, heavy equipment without the physical effort that most other standard dollies require. As well, we never have to worry about scratching any floors, which is a big concern to many of our customers. Master-Cart also allows us to move bulky equipment in and out of many space-limited locations.
I would also like to thank you for your excellent support. You have been quite prompt in answering any questions I have had for you, and your willingness to modify the Master-Cart to meet my requirements was certainly appreciated. Even though I am just one small customer, I must say that I have been treated with a tremendous amount of courtesy and professionalism.
Thanks again, Doug, and I wish your company success in the future.

Master-Cart,
I would like to take this opportunity to commend you on your "Master-Cart" product and the level of satisfaction your company provides.
Your cart has not only proven to be very efficient, more importantly it provides us with a tool that lets us do so in a "safe" manner.
We at the Pepsi Bottling Group strive to maintain a safe working environment. As co-chair of the Safety Committee, I can report this cart ensures our employees of that commitment.
Our cartage department moves heavy pieces of equipment on a daily basis. It always gets the job done, without doing any damage to any type of flooring. This eliminates any concern for us, and our customers. It also allows us to move in and out of very tight spaces.
You have a great product to offer, your willingness to listen and modify the cart to meet our specific needs was greatly appreciated.
I wish you continued success
Sincerely,
Tim Borland

Master-Cart,
I'm sending you some info on some equipment carts too that were our ergonomics project last year. You may or may not find it useful.
In many ways they are much like the wooden carts we used in the past which we called "piano movers" or "happy wheels," but work in both a much safer and economical manner. Because of the limitations of the old style carts they were mainly only useful for moving 40-60 cubic foot visi's. Although they gave us both ergonomic and operational advantages they still came with problems of their own.
Here are some of the ergonomic and operational advantages of the new carts over the old ones:
- Little or no strain moving the equipment from resting position to up onto wheels.
- With maneuvering of the hand crank wheel height, it allows moving of equipment over curbs and steps with considerably less strain on the back and shoulders.
- Equipment can be delivered where there are no steps to negotiate by one man without risk or injury.
- Full equipment can be moved within an account without risk to injury the equipment or the product.

In our business we have over one hundred ice cream merchandising freezers that we supply to our customers. These freezers range in length from four feet to eight feet and weigh between four hundred to eight hundred pounds. As you can imagine, it can be very difficult to move an eight foot long freezer into a convenience store. The front door of the stores are just one inch wider than the freezers, and the isles in the store can also be narrow to move within.
Prior to the Master-Cart, this job of moving freezers was done by our local moving company due to the manpower required. Now with the use of the Master-Cart, we are able to move our freezers easily with just two people, even when we need to climb a curb or front step. On a flat surface, one person can move an eight hundred pound freezer with the greatest of ease.
If you need to move heavy items in tight places, I recommend the Master-Cart. It has proven itself in our business.

I had to write to say that the Master-Cart we bought from your company a year ago has been a wonderful tool for our vending machine service department.
Since the Master-Cart combines the qualities of a furniture dolly and a two-wheeled refrigerator cart, we have found that large moving jobs that used to require a two- or three-man crew can now be handled by just one person. And the flexible way the two pieces and secure strapping go together means that we can move whole banks of two or three vending machines that are bolted together instead of taking them apart. The swivel casters let us squeeze the loads through some very tight areas.
In short, the Master-Cart has exceeded our expectations in every respect. Thank-you.
Sincerely,
Dale Nichols
